Response time change is the difference between current and target minutes, shown as faster or slower. Waiting time is leads multiplied by response minutes, divided by 60. The change in leads contacted is monthly leads multiplied by the difference between your target and current contact rates, and it can be negative. The change in customers multiplies that by your lead to customer rate, and the revenue change multiplies by average sale value. The annual figure is twelve times the monthly figure. Limits and what to check

The change in contacted leads equals leads × (target contact rate − current contact rate), so a lower target rate shows a loss. Customers multiply that by your close rate, and revenue multiplies by sale value. Waiting hours equal leads × response minutes ÷ 60. The tool uses no external benchmarks, so the result depends on your contact rate assumptions.

Frequently asked questions

Using the tool

Q1Why do I enter the contact rate myself?

Published response time studies vary widely by industry and method. Use your own CRM data, or a cautious assumption, so the result reflects your business.

Q2What does a faster response change in the calculation?

Only the contact rate you enter for the target response time. The extra contacted leads are then converted at your lead to customer rate and sale value.

Q3Is the response time result a sales forecast?

No. It is a scenario based on your own rates. Treat it as a way to compare options, not a prediction.

Q4Is my lead data sent to a server?

No. The response time calculation runs in your browser, does not use an AI model and saves nothing.
