Credits are messages. Here's how it works.

Every reply your AI agent sends costs message credits: one per reply on Midrange models, two on Cutting-Edge. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, credits reset on your billing date, and top-up packs never expire.

Midrange models cost 1 credit

Starter runs on Midrange LLMs: reliable, fast models for everyday questions. One visitor message and one agent reply is one credit.

Starter, 2,000 credits: about 2,000 replies a month, or roughly 200 conversations of ten messages each.

Cutting-Edge models cost 2 credits

Growth and above use the latest generation models for harder questions, longer documents, and more natural conversation. Each reply is two credits.

Growth, 12,000 credits: about 6,000 replies a month, or roughly 600 conversations. Scale, 40,000: around 2,000 conversations.

Running low costs nothing extra by surprise

You are warned before the allowance runs out. Add a credit pack at £30 per 1,000 credits whenever a month is busier than usual; packs carry over and are used after your plan credits.

Annual billing saves 20% on every plan and is billed once: £468 for Starter, £1,428 for Growth, £4,788 for Scale.

One website, one agent, mostly questions. A sole trader, clinic, or local service that wants opening hours, prices and policies answered around the clock and enquiries captured by the AI contact form. Train it on up to 30 website pages and 20MB of documents. Add the booking module (£29/mo) if you take appointments.

Growth · £119/mo on annual billing

Leads matter as much as answers. Three agents, Cutting-Edge models, AI lead forms that qualify a visitor inside the chat, custom AI forms, the knowledge gaps report, and the booking module included. Two team members share the dashboard, white gloves onboarding means we build your first agent with you, and custom branding can be added for £49 per month. The plan most growing businesses land on.

Scale · £399/mo on annual billing

A high-traffic website, or several busy ones. Five agents, 40,000 credits a month, five team members, a support line, and a 90-day activity log of who changed what. Custom branding is included and set per agent: each of the five can carry its own logo, brand name and footer link, so one account can front different brands on different sites.

Enterprise · Custom pricing

Volume, compliance, and a named contact. Unlimited agents, storage, website pages and team members, SLAs, full audit log export, and a customer success manager. Talk to us about data processing terms, procurement, and onboarding across multiple teams.

What the trial includes

  • The full Starter or Growth feature set, not a cut-down demo.
  • Website import of 10 pages on a Starter trial and 30 pages on a Growth trial, plus document uploads within the plan's storage.
  • Your agent live on your own website with the embed code from day one.
  • A card is taken at signup; nothing is charged during the seven days.
  • UK/EU hosting and the same no-training data terms as paid plans.

What happens on day eight

  • Do nothing and your plan starts automatically on the card you signed up with; nothing you trained is lost.
  • Cancel before day eight and you pay nothing. The agent goes inactive at the end of the trial, and your data and configuration are kept for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.
  • Scale has no trial: it starts as a paid subscription, or talk to sales for a guided setup.
  • Cancel any time from Billing. Monthly plans end at the period close.

Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade from Billing at any time and the new allowances apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you have paid for.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your plan starts automatically on the card you provided when your trial ends unless you cancel first. If you cancel, the agent stays live until the end of the trial, then goes inactive, and your data and configuration are kept for 30 days.
What counts as a message credit?
Each reply your AI agent sends. Midrange models (Starter) use one credit per reply; Cutting-Edge models (Growth and above) use two. Visitor messages, training, and retraining do not use credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset on your billing date. Credits bought as a pack never expire and carry over between periods; they are drawn on only after the plan allowance is used.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan is self-serve. Growth and Scale include white gloves onboarding, where we set up your first agent with you at no extra cost.
Which add-ons are available on my plan?
Custom branding is an add-on on Starter and Growth (£49/mo, or £39/mo paid annually) and included on Scale. The booking module is an add-on on Starter (£29/mo, or £23.17/mo paid annually) and included from Growth. Credit packs are available on every plan.
How is "website pages" counted?
Pages your agent imports from a website into its knowledge base each billing period: 30 on Starter, 100 on Growth, 200 on Scale, unlimited on Enterprise. Re-importing a changed page counts again; uploaded documents count against storage, not pages.
Where is my data stored, and is it used to train AI models?
On UK and EU servers, on every plan. Your content and conversations are used only to answer your visitors and are never used to train any model, ours or a provider's. The data processing agreement covers the detail.
Do you offer discounts for charities or education?
Yes, on annual billing only. Registered charities and education customers get 20% off any annual plan, on top of the 20% annual billing already saves. Monthly plans are not discounted. Talk to sales to have it applied.
