Limits and what to check
One public page is fetched on our servers, without AI, with a 2 MB limit, a short timeout and up to 3 redirects. Only links in its static HTML are read. JavaScript is not run, linked pages are not visited and links are not checked, so this is not a full website crawl. Pages with more than 5,000 unique links are refused rather than cut short.
Server requests require verification and are subject to usage limits. This tool does not use an AI model. Review the output before using it.
Frequently asked questions
Using the tool
Q1Does this crawl my whole website?
No. We fetch only the one page you enter, through our server, with a 2 MB limit, a short timeout and up to 3 redirects. Linked pages are never visited, so run it again on another page to see its links.
Q2Why are some links missing?
Only links written into the HTML the server sends are read. Links added later by JavaScript, links in scripts and email or phone links are not listed. Same-page links such as #top are counted but not listed.
Q3Does it check whether the links work?
No. Each address is resolved and listed exactly as the page writes it. Nothing is requested, so a listed link may still be broken or redirect elsewhere.
Q4What counts as an internal link?
A link whose host matches the final page host, ignoring a leading www. Subdomains such as blog.example.com count as external. The result is not stored and has a free daily limit.
