## Limits and what to check

It runs entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Each sitemap is limited to 2 MB and 50,000 entries, and larger input is refused rather than cut short. URLs are listed as written, in their original order. Spreadsheet formula characters are neutralised in the CSV.

## Frequently asked questions

### Are the URLs normalised?

Duplicates are removed by comparing URLs with a lowercase scheme and host and without fragments. Each URL is listed as written in the sitemap, in its original order.

### Is the CSV safe to open in a spreadsheet?

Yes. Values that a spreadsheet could treat as a formula are prefixed with an apostrophe.

### Does the URL extractor send my sitemap anywhere?

No. URLs are extracted in your browser and nothing is sent to AI Smarty. Inputs are limited to 2 MB and 50,000 entries.

### Can I extract URLs from a live sitemap address?

Paste the XML or open a saved file. To fetch a live sitemap by its address, use the sitemap checker first.
