## Purpose

Turn a public Notion help page, wiki entry or product brief into an FAQ that customers or colleagues can scan quickly, grounded in the text on that page.

## How to use this tool

1. Publish the Notion page to the web, then paste its public link.
2. Complete verification and choose Prepare source to read that page.
3. Set the number of questions, generate the FAQ and review each answer against the page.

## Limits and what to check

Only one Notion page published to the web is read, without its linked subpages or databases. Private pages and pages that need a sign-in are rejected. Check answers against the page before reuse.

### Which Notion pages can I use?

One page published to the web. Private workspace pages, pages that need a sign-in and linked subpages are not read. Use each subpage separately if needed.

### Can I publish the Notion FAQ without review?

No. The AI model is instructed to use only the published page text and to flag gaps, but it can still make mistakes. Review every answer first.

### Is my Notion page saved by AI Smarty?

Its text is kept for one hour of inactivity so you can generate again, and Start over deletes it straight away. Your Notion page is never changed.

### Why is my Notion FAQ missing some content?

Notion loads some content with JavaScript, which is not run. Database views and linked subpages may not be included.
