## Limits and what to check

Staffed hours equal hours per day × days per week, capped at 168. Coverage is staffed hours ÷ 168. Enquiries outside hours equal weekly enquiries × your outside-hours share, and monthly figures multiply weekly figures by 52 ÷ 12. The even-spread figure is a reference only.

### What is the even-spread reference?

It shows the share of enquiries that would fall outside staffed hours if they arrived evenly across all 168 hours of the week. It is a comparison point, not a statistic about your business.

### How are uncovered hours counted?

Your staffed hours per day are multiplied by staffed days per week and subtracted from the 168 hours in a week.

### Does the coverage result predict missed enquiries?

No. It applies the outside-hours share you enter to your weekly enquiries. Use your own enquiry timestamps for the most realistic share.

### Is my coverage data kept?

No. The coverage calculation runs in your browser, does not use an AI model and keeps nothing.
