A short summary, the intents behind each visitor message, questions the agent left unanswered and practical improvements to its knowledge or wording.

### How should I anonymise a conversation first?

Replace names, email addresses, phone numbers, order numbers and anything else that identifies a person. The transcript PII redactor can mask common details in your browser.

### Can I analyse a whole month of conversations?

No. Paste one conversation, or a few short ones, within the field limit. Review a sample of typical conversations rather than every transcript.

### Does the analysis score my AI agent?
